From a simple web portfolio to a high-end digital art gallery
Urška Koželj is an outstanding Slovenian painter whose work demanded a digital presence reflecting the premium quality of her physical canvases. The legacy site suffered from slow image loading speeds, typography inconsistencies, and a friction-filled purchasing flow requiring collectors to manually query availability via email.
Our goal was to completely clean the codebase, implement Next.js image optimization, and integrate Stripe for instant e-commerce checkouts. We designed a minimalist, premium layout that lets her artwork take center stage.

Using Next.js and React, we built a front-end that responds instantaneously while maintaining perfect static metrics. Imagery is dynamically cached, while the Stripe webhook integration automatically changes art status tags in real-time when purchases complete.
